A RESERVATION

| Making a reservation is easy! Contact our office to see if the home
you wish to rent is available for the dates of your vacation.
If the home you desire is unavailable, we will help you select
a home that will fit your needs. Once we have the home and dates
you are looking for, we will ask for a deposit of 30% of the
total without tax. We do not accept credit cards. Please be
ready to send a personal check to our address found on this
web site. If a deposit is not received within 7-10 days, your
reservation will be cancelled. Generally, full payment
will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please
see information in the "Large
Group Reservations" section for additional information
and fees associated with renting more than one home at Aspen
Brook. |

| Most
of our regular guests make reservations one year or more in advance. Particularly
in the Peak Season we have to turn away many requests for reservations
because our homes have been reserved. It is ironical that when we have
a cancellation, particularly close to the arrival time, a house that may
have had many requests for reservations sits empty because of the cancellation. |

| As
a result our cancellation policy is written to discourage those who would
make a reservation without being completely committed to honoring their
contract with us. |

| Once you have checked in
no refund will be made for any reason. |
