This
home has 3743 square feet of living space with four bedrooms,
four and one-half bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living
room, family room, and laundry room. There is also an attached
one-car garage. There is a huge wrap-a-round deck with excellent
views of the river and mountains. A gas grill, a picnic table,
and a six-person hot tub are provided for a delightful outdoor
experience of cooking, dining and relaxing.

The great room on
the main level has a massive river rock gas fireplace, cathedral
ceiling, two sofas, two chairs, work desk, big screen cable
TV, VCR, DVD player, and surround sound system. The kitchen
is open into the great room with a breakfast bar. It is fully
equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,
coffee maker, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with an ice/water
console. A basic variety of cookware is supplied and dinnerware
for twelve is furnished. If you have a piece of cookware that
you need to use to prepare something special, it would be
wise to bring it along. The laundry room is located off the
kitchen. Next to the rear entrance is a guest bathroom.
The master bedroom
suite on the main level has a deluxe king bed, an oversized
whirlpool tub, a double-sided gas fireplace between the bedroom
and the whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and two vanities.
The bedroom includes cable TV and VCR.
Upstairs there are
two bedrooms featuring king-sized beds and having bathrooms
with a tub/shower unit for each room. The hallway is open
to the great room below.
The lower level
has a sofa, table and chairs, cable TV, VCR, and Nintendo
64 game console. The fourth bedroom is located off the family
room and features two double beds with twin beds stacked over
them. This room also has its own bathroom with tub/shower
unit.
The decor, furnishings,
etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of
vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation
that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's
