This
home has 3,800 square feet of living space with five bedrooms,
five and a half bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room,
and laundry room. The owner has furnished this home particularly
to accommodate large families and/or family reunions. As many
as nineteen individuals would be permitted in the house (there
are beds for up to 17 people and 2 infants). There are four
decks, one on each floor. The top floor deck has tremendous
views of the mountains and a gas grill with a large picnic
table. There is a two-car garage and parking for five cars.
Additional parking, if needed, must be arranged.

The main level includes
the dining area, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and guest
bathroom. The living room area has two sofas, rocking chair,
game table, cable TV with a DVD/VCR, skylights, and a native
rock gas fireplace. The dining table seats twelve and additional
dining is available at the breakfast bar or game table. The
kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and refrigerator
with an ice/water console. A basic variety of cookware is
supplied and plenty of dinnerware is provided. If you have
a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare something
special, it would be wise to bring it along. The laundry room
is located off the kitchen and leads into the two-car garage
which also has a second full-sized refrigerator.
The master bedroom
is on the level below the main level and has a king bed, an
oversized whirlpool tub, a gas fireplace, a separate shower,
and a twin basin vanity. There is also cable TV and a VCR
in the bedroom. This bedroom has direct access to the
second level deck as well.
Also on the second
level is a bedroom with a queen bed, futon, and its own bathroom
with shower unit.
The third level
has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king.
Each room has its own bathroom with shower.
The lowest floor
is a children’s dormitory with five twin beds, a futon
and its own bathroom with shower unit. There is a TV area
with cable hookup and a VCR.
There are two small
cribs and two high chairs in the house. Aspen Brook does not
provide any additional items that are not in the house.
The decor, furnishings,
etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of
vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation
that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's
