This home has 4200 square feet of living space with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. The owner has furnished this home particularly to accommodate large families and/or family reunions. As many as twenty-two individuals would be permitted in the house. There are four decks, one on each floor, all connected by stairs that lead to ground level. The top floor deck has tremendous views of the mountains and a gas grill with a large picnic table. There is a two-car garage and parking for five cars. Additional parking, if needed, must be arranged.

The main level includes the dining area, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and master suite. The living room area has two sofas, game table, cable TV, DVD/VCR, skylights, and a native rock gas fireplace. The dining table seats ten comfortably and additional dining is available at the breakfast bar or at the game table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with a ice/water console. A basic variety of cookware is supplied and plenty of dinnerware is provided. If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare something special, it would be wise to bring it along. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and leads into the two-car garage which also has a second full-sized refrigerator.

The master bedroom suite has a deluxe queen bed, an oversized whirlpool tub, a double-sided fireplace between the bedroom and the whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and two vanities. There is also cable TV and a VCR in the bedroom.

The second and third lower floors are identical. There are two bedrooms on each level. One has two queen beds; the other has a king-sized and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have a toilet and a vanity with a shower being shared with the other bedroom on the floor.

The lowest floor is a children’s dormitory with five twin beds, a futon and its own bathroom with shower unit. There is a TV area with cable hookup and a VCR.  A game table and chairs has been added to this level.

There are two small cribs and two high chairs in the house. Aspen Brook does not provide any additional items that are not in the house.

The decor, furnishings, etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home.
