approximately 300 feet from the river and has a large deck.
A gas grill and picnic table are provided for outdoor cooking
and dining. This home is located adjacent to the picnic grounds,
which provide volleyball, horseshoes, picnic tables, open
pit fireplace, and large charcoal grill.

The living room
has a sofa, loveseat, cable TV, VCR, DVD system, and CD player.
The living room also features cathedral ceilings, skylights,
and a gas fireplace that looks like an old fashioned stove.
The dining area is adjacent with seating for six.
The kitchen is fully
equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
coffee maker, garbage disposal, and toaster. A basic variety
of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for eight is furnished.
If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare
something special, it would be wise to bring it along. The
laundry room is located in a small room off the kitchen
There is a queen-sized
bed in the first floor bedroom. The attached bathroom has
a tub/shower unit.
On the second floor,
there are two bedrooms and a bathroom featuring a tub/shower
unit. One bedroom has two twin-sized beds and the other has
a king-sized bed. The bedroom with the king bed has a kid’s
game room leading off of it with a sofa bed, two inflatable
twin mattresses, a small TV with VCR and a Nintendo 64.
The decor, furnishings,
etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of
vacation setting they prefer. We rent them with the expectation
that they will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's
