This home has 1,724 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. There is a two-car garage attached. This home also has a deck that overlooks the Big Thompson River. A gas grill and a picnic table are provided for a delightful outdoor experience of cooking, dining, and visiting on the banks of the river. This home is located close to the picnic grounds, which provide volleyball, horseshoes, picnic tables, open pit fireplace, and large charcoal grill.

The main level has a living room with cathedral ceilings, skylights, wood-burning stone fireplace, couch, loveseat, stereo, cable TV and VCR. The dining area is located next to the living room and has seating for six at the table.  In addition there are two dining stools are located at the bar.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and garbage disposal. A basic variety of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for twelve is furnished. If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare something special, it would be wise to bring it along. The laundry-utility room is located just off the kitchen.

There is a queen-sized bed in the first floor bedroom. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower unit.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable TV with VCR, and one set of bunk beds. The other has a king-sized bed and a full sized futon. The bathroom is located between the two rooms and has a shower unit.

The decor, furnishings, etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home.
