This home has 2,500 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area with breakfast bar, living room and family room - both with wood burning fireplaces, separate laundry room and a wonderful deck with a hot tub overlooking the Big Thompson River.  The deck offers a gas grill for outdoor cooking and some wonderful deck furniture including a bench swing.  There is also a one-car garage attached with electric door opener.

The main level of this home features a bedroom with a deluxe King size bed and a cable TV.  The bathroom opens to the bedroom and to the main area of the home and offers a tub/shower unit and double vanity.  The living room has a beautiful, stone, wood burning fireplace and catherdral ceilings with skylights.  There is a couch and loveseat, cable TV, and VCR for your indoor entertainment. The living area opens onto the large deck with the Hot Tub overlooking the river.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee grinder and espresso/cappuccino maker, garbage disposal, and toaster. A basic variety of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for twelve is furnished. If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare something special, it would be wise to bring it along.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and a cable TV. There is a bathroom with a shower unit located between the two bedrooms.

The lower level has a family room with a wood-burning fireplace, Plasma TV mounted above the fireplace, DVD/CD surround sound video/music system and Nintendo Game Cube with games!  Enjoy the open up sofa and loveseat or the ovresized Bean Bag Chairs, for watching cable TV, playing video games or simply relaxing by the crackling fire.  You will find the fourth bedroom on this level, offering two sets of bunk beds and the third bathroom with a shower unit. The washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room on this level.

This home also offers wireless internet access throughout, including on the deck - so you can bring your laptop as long as you don't spend too much time working! 

The decor, furnishings, etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home.
