This home has been built and furnished to provide the most luxurious vacation setting of any of our homes. It has 2700 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, family room, bar, and laundry room. There is also a two-car garage attached. There are two decks overlooking the river one is on the main level and the other is on the lower level. A Hot Tub, gas grill, two picnic tables, and deck chairs are provided for a delightful outdoor experience of cooking, dining and visiting on the banks of the Big Thompson River.

Hi-Speed Wireless Internet access is available in all of our properties at no additional charge.

The great room on the main level has a river rock, gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling, sitting area, dining area, cable TV and DVD player, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with a ice/water console. A basic variety of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for twelve is furnished. If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare something special, it would be wise to bring it along. The laundry room is located near the kitchen area.

The master bedroom suite has a deluxe queen bed, a cable TV and VCR, an oversized whirlpool tub for two, a double-sided fireplace between the bedroom and the whirlpool tub, a separate shower, a skylight and two vanities.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each featuring a king sized bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub/shower unit. The hallway is open to the great room below.

The lower level family room has a wet bar, full-sized refrigerator, small Microwave, large dining table, futon, and large cable TV and DVD/VCR. The fourth bedroom is located off the family room and features two sets of mountain log style bunk beds, with its own bathroom with a shower unit.

The decor, furnishings, etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home.
