three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, family
room, and laundry room. There is a one-car garage attached
and additional parking in front of the house. This home also
has a deck that wraps around the entire house and has an excellent
view of the mountains and stream. A gas grill and deck furniture
are provided on the deck for outdoor cooking and dining.

The main level has
a living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace, cathedral
ceiling, skylights, sofa, loveseat, rocking chair, cable TV
with a VCR/DVD, and Stereo. The dining area and kitchen are
open to the living room, facilitating visiting while cooking
and dining.
The kitchen is fully
equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal, and toaster. A basic
variety of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for eight is
furnished. If you have a piece of cookware that you need to
use to prepare something special, it would be wise to bring
it along.
The master bedroom
features a king-sized bed and the master bathroom has a large
walk-in shower unit with a twin basin vanity.
There are two bedrooms
and a bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed
with a cable TV; the other has a set of twin beds with a cable
TV and VCR. The bathroom, located between the two bedrooms,
has a twin basin vanity and a separate door for the shower
unit and toilet. A small private deck is located off each
bedroom.
The lower level
includes the family room, laundry room, bedroom, and a bathroom.
The family room has a wood-burning stone fireplace, leather
couch and chair, wide screen cable T.V. and DVD/VCR. The family
room also has an outside door leading to its own deck. The
bedroom features a queen bed and the bathroom has a jacuzzi
tub with shower.
The decor, furnishings, etc. are a
reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting
they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will
be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home. |
