The main level of this
home features a beautiful, stone, gas fireplace in the spacious
living room. There is a couch, loveseat, big screen cable
TV, and DVD for your indoor entertainment. The living area
opens to the deck with the gas grill. The main level also
features a bedroom with a day bed and twin trundle bed that
is stored underneath for 2 people to share this room. The
main level bath is located next to the bedroom off of the
living room.
The kitchen and dining
areas are open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped
with a gas Jenn-air stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, stainless
steel refrigerator, garbage disposal, and toaster. There is
a dream pantry located just off of the kitchen. A basic variety
of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for eleven is furnished.
If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare
something special, if would be wise to bring it along. The
Maytag washer and dryer are located on this level, next to
the pantry.
Upstairs, you will
find the master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom features
a king size bed. The compartmented bathroom has a stand up
shower along with a jetted tub, and a double vanity. You will
also have your own private deck to enjoy the view of the mountains
of the Rocky Mountain National Park .
The lower level of
the home has the family room, with another stone, gas fireplace.
There is a TV mounted above the fireplace with a DVD player.
Enjoy the game table, watch your favorite movie or just simply
relax by the fire. You will also find two bedrooms on this
level. One of them featuring a king size bed and your own
bathroom. This bathroom features a stand-up shower unit. The
other bedroom has a set of full size bunk beds plus a pull-out
twin trundle bed that is stored underneath the bunk beds.
There is a common bath located off of the family room and
this fourth bedroom. This bath has a tub/shower unit and sink.
The spacious, heated, two-car garage enters into the family
room.
This
home also offers wireless internet access throughout, including
on the deck - so you can bring your laptop as long as you
don't spend too much time working!
The
décor, furnishing, etc are a reflection of the owner's taste
and the type of vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with
the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a
guest in a friend's home.
