This home has

bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and small laundry
room. In addition to an excellent view of the mountains, the
deck overlooks the Big Thompson River, approximately 250 feet
away. A gas grill and picnic table are provided on the deck
for outdoor cooking and dining. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet
access is available in all of our properties at no additional
charge.
The living room
has cathedral ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen
TV with a VCR and DVD, and matching reclining leather couch
and love seat. The dining area is located next to the living
room and has seating for eight.
The kitchen is fully
equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
coffee maker, garbage disposal, and toaster. A basic variety
of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for eight is furnished.
If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare
something special, it would be wise to bring it along. The
laundry room is located in a small room off the kitchen.
There is a king-sized
bed and cable TV in the first floor bedroom. The attached
bathroom has a tub/shower unit.
There are two bedrooms
and a bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a king-sized bed;
the other has a queen bed with a twin stacked over it. The
bathroom is located in between and has a shower unit.
The decor, furnishings, etc. are a
reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting
they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will
be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home. |
