The Kessler (103)

This home has 2,200 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and a family room with a twin bed. In addition to an excellent view of the mountains, the deck overlooks the Big Thompson River, approximately 150 feet away. A gas grill is provided on the large deck for outdoor cooking and dining.

The ground floor has a one-car garage containing a ping pong table, with a door leading into the family room, with a loveseat, twin bed, set of twin bunk beds and cable TV with a DVD player and a VCR. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on this level. The bedroom contains a grand 4-post queen-sized bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower unit.

The main level has a living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling, cable TV with a DVD player and a VCR, sofa, and a loveseat. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, Jenn Air stove-oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal, a toaster, and service for twelve. A basic variety of cookware is also supplied. If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare something special, it would be wise to bring it along. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private deck. The master bathroom has a jetted tub.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and two twin beds. The other bedroom has a king-sized bed and cable TV. The bathroom has its own tub/shower unit.

The decor, furnishings, etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home.
