This home has
1,700 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three
bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room. In addition
to an excellent view of the mountains, the deck overlooks
the Big Thompson River, approximately 150 feet away. A gas
grill and a picnic table are provided on the deck for outdoor
cooking and dining.

The ground floor
has a large garage and a bedroom featuring its own bathroom
and shower. The bedroom has a double bed with a twin bed stacked
over it and a TV with a DVD player.
The main floor includes
the living room with sky lights and a cathedral ceiling, a
gas log fireplace, a sofa, love seat, and cable TV with VCR/DVD.
The dining area is located next to the living room and has
seating for eight.
The kitchen is fully
equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and toaster.
A basic variety of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for
eight is furnished. If you have a piece of cookware that you
need to use to prepare something special, it would be wise
to bring it along. An area off of the kitchen has a regular-sized
washer and dryer.
The master bedroom,
also located on the main level, has a queen-sized bed and
its own bathroom. The bathroom has a tub, shower, and toilet
in a room separate from the five-foot vanity.
Upstairs there is
one bathroom and two large bedrooms with cathedral ceilings.
One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and two twin beds. The other
bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a TV and VCR. The bathroom
has a shower unit and toilet in a separate room from the large
vanity.
The decor, furnishings,
etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of
vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation
that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's
